Timerunner smiled at the apprentice, and flicked his tail back in reply. He wondered what Gravepaw was doing, but wanted to get back quickly, so he didn't even bother to try to start a conversation. Normally he would, and it usually ended in frustration, but he picked up several pieces of prey and disappeared into Rikka's den.
He laid a juicy sparrow next to Rikka's sleeping form, and then headed back to Fantasyspark. 'Here, it's freshly caught. Thank goodness for eager apprentices!' he purred..

Fantasyspark smiled. She opened her mouth to speak, but then closed it quickly. She pointed at the entrance, indicating some one was coming. She then hid quickly out of sight.
Gravepaw padded in, and was a little shocked to see Timerunner. Wonder why hes in here. He then haulted, sniffing the air. The scent of Afterclan was in the air. Odd.

Timerunner forced himself to look normal, and then curled up on Fantasyspark's bedding, hoping his scent would disguise her Afterclan scent. He might have gotten a sniff, but.... perhaps this would persuade him he'd just thought it, not actually smelled it. 'Hi Gravepaw' He sighed. 'Got nasty cuts from where I fell into the ice, so Rikka's treating them for me.' He showed his pawpaws...

Gravepaw looked down at Timerunners paws, then nods. He didnt say a word, then showed the right side of his flank. It was deeply scratched up, and he shrugged.

'I'll go wake up Rikka." Timerunner signed, wondering how the tom had gotten the gash. He padded over to the sleeping medicine cat and gently prodded awake. The whole time, he was nervous- he hoped, hoped that Gravepaw wouldn't see Fantasyspark, or smell or hear her...

"Oh!" Rikka got up, then got in Gravepaws line of sight. "Follow me inside, okay?"
Gravepaws eyes drifted on Rikka, then nodded. He followed her in, ignoring the scent.

Timerunner let out a huge mental sigh of relief. (haha maybe it's too soon for him to do that XD) He sat down and watched Rikka, all the while eating his piece of freshkill. He wanted nothing more than to talk with Fantasyspark, but if he so much as glanced at where she was hiding he could give her away. But...it was so hard not to!

(yeaaaah, they're Nightclan oooooops! ^^; I think you might have posted the thread in the wrong place by accident, not that it's a big deal lol. I only just realized that they were in Nightclan and not Afterclan lol!)
