Sorrowkit nodded. She followed her brother silently. She already knew they wouldnt speak to him in Starclan, but she wouldnt ruin it for her brother. Instead, she kept her mouth shut.

Springkit looked back at Sorrowkit. "What do you think dad'll be like?" He meowed, dreaming of all the stories his father would tell of his heroism. "What color is is pelt? Was he deputy or leader?" The fluffy black and white kit sighed. "So many questions and so little answers!"

Sorrowkit laughed, which was rare for her. "I know! All the great things he does with his clan! I cant wait to meet the greatest hero of them all!" She peered at Springkit. "Mom said he looked like me, but i dont think thats correct. I think she ment i have the same personality like him." She shook her head. "But im not so sure how." She smiled at Springkit. "Maybe you look like him!"

Springkit nodded. "Yeah, for some reason I don't think he's got ginger fur... But yeah! Maybe you're like him in personality! The strong silent type!" He struck a heroic pose. "Do you really?" He meowed, looking at his fur. "Well, we must have his eyes, because mom doesn't have red eyes like us." He added, grinning in anticipation and loving talking about thier father. "He's probably the greatest warrior in the whole history of the clans!"

Sorrowkit smiled, her crimson eyes flashing brightly. "Yes. I think you might look a lot like him. I think he may be black. So he also might look like Autumnkit." She shrugged, then pushed her brother playfully. "Im not that silent." She smirks at him.

Yes she was. She was also the solo type who didnt like to be around others much. She was the most like her father in personality then most of the other kits.

"Right." Springkit smirked. "If you're not silent than I'm a pink hairless cat." He meowed, giving Sorrowkit a look. "Yeah, he'd definitely be black! MAybe more like Autumnkit then? Mom's got white, so.." he shrugged. The two kits failed to notice they'd left DayClan and were headed into extremely dangerous territory...

Sorrowkit rolled her eyes at her brother. "Pa-lease, Springkit. Im not that silent. Or anything." She looked sideways at him, the smirk back on her face. "And you are pink and hairless!" Before he could do anything, she streaked ahead laughing.

"HEY!!" He yowled, a grin spreading on his face. "That was not nice! come back here!! I'll teach you to call me a pink hairless cat!!" He streaked after his sister, ruby eyes gleaming with excitement. Muahaha, his little brain was already racing to come up with an idea of a prank on sorrowkit, as pay back..

"Never!" Sorrowkit continued to run forward fast. The scenery changed oddly around her, and the scent was a little wierd. She pushed the thought away, and continued to race forward.

Springkit raced heedlessly after Sorrowkit, but his pawsteps slowed as he noticed a strange scent, and the creepy looking territory. Springkit gulped and hurried on his way, realizing the strange scent was of blood. "Wait up, Sorrowkit!" he yowled, trying to be as brave as he thought his father was..

Sorrowkit could bairly hear the fear in her brothers voice. She slowed to a stop, then scented the air. Is that . . . blood? She looked around confused. "Where are we?" she whispers

"I don't know..." He meowed, voice barely a whisper. "But... isn't that... blood?" He meowed, recoiling as he smelled the air again. The trees were blackened and dying, and no leaves grew from thier twisted branches. The stench of death was everywhere... "We should go back." He meowed, looking nervously around..

Sorrowkit nods, but then feels lost. "Wait. Which was is home?" The scenery looked the same on all sides. The scent of blood was over powering, so it made it harder to figure out where they had come from. She pressed close to her older brother, terrified now.

"Oh great!" Springkit muttered, now completely lost. "It's okay, Sorrowkit." He meowed bravely. "I'll get us out of here. C'mon, let's go this way." Please Starclan... He thought. Help us get out of here!

Sorrowkit just nodded, following Springkit. She thought she could smell fresher blood, but shook the thought away.
