Valorstar sighed. As a new leader he wasn't so sure he had the ability to lead his clan well. He was glad Starclan, and his sister believed in him. All he could do was his best, but still.. That didn't completely stop the doubts that assailed him.
Shiningdream padded up to her brother. "What's the matter? You're looking rather blue today, little brother." she meowed. "Not enough to do?"
"No,no, " he meowed,surveying the camp. "Just hoping I'll be a good leader to these cats.. They've put their trust in me to lead them, and to make the right decisions. But what if I fail?"

Fantasyspark bounded back into the camp eagerly. She was always, usually, so full of energy and luved life to its fullest! She saw the leader, Valorstar, and his sister, Shiningdream, talking. She padded up to them, trying to calm down.
It didnt work. "Hello Valorstar! Hello Shiningdream!" She smiled happily at both of them.

Valorspirit had to smile at Fantasyspark's enthusiasm and energy. "Good morning, Fantasyspark. Ah, perfect timing. Would you like to go on patrol with me and Shiningdream?"
Shiningdream smiled. "Good thing you came when you did- Valorstar was being a little gloomy. Seriously, doesn't he need to have more confidence? That's what I keep telling him anyway. Seriously though, you should come if you feel like it! I'm probably going to hunt too, freshkill pile's low."

Fantasyspark laughs at both of them. "Sure! Id luv to come with you two!" She smiled happily at the two. It wasnt her fault she had so much energy and what not. "Happy to help, Shiningdream!"

Shiningdream smiled. "Great." She purred, starting after Valorstar.
"I smelled fox the other day," Valorstar remarked. "Hopefully they've left by now."
(.....bleah post...this thread needs a pot =P um... maybe one of the cats gets captured by Crimsonclan, or.... *is still thinking lol*)

Moonshard padded up to the small group of cats her eyes full of clouded concern but then she smiled, Hello Fantasyspark, Shiningdream, Valorstar.. when she spoke the new leaders name Moonshard's eyes went back to concern but then flashed back to normal, A fox you say? trying to keep the current subject going.

(lol oooh, just curious, why was she concerned when she said Valorstar's name? ^^)
"Oh, good morning Moonshard. Yes... I saw a fox on patrol the other day. It took off before I could do anything about it, and I'm hoping it'll stay away, but with foxes, you never know."
Shiningdream nodded her eyes filled with concern over the issue. Foxes were nasty brutish creatures, who loved to attack the elderly or kits. "Yeah, so the three of us are going to see if it's gone for good or it needs some persuasion." She meowed. "What's the matter, you looked worried for a moment there.."

Oh...umm it's nothing. Moonshard whispered. It had been several days since Valorstar talked about a new deputy. Surley he was thinking about it... Moonshard blinked several times and smiled, I was just looking for honey and some moss for bedding when I ran into you guys... trying to make medicine cat issues as an excuse.

Fantasyspark just nodded. "You can come with us! Sense the fox is probably not gone, we need to make sure our Medicine cat lives." She smiled warmly at Moonshard. "Besides, the more, the merrier!" She stood happily and proudly. She luved being around so many cats.

Valorstar smiled. "Fantasyspark is right." he meowed, the gloom that had surrounded him earlier fading away in the presence of his clan mates. He was still unresolved over the issue of a deputy... He knew he'd have to make up his mind soon. "So will you come Moonshard?" he meowed...
(should I make him choose a cat? ^^ )

Fantasyspark was so happy to be out and about. "This is so exciting!" she meows She ran ahead, then would run back, then ahead again. She did this repeatedly, laughing all the way!
