Aurorapaw looked around nervously. No cat was around, and she breathed a sigh of relief.. She lay down where she stood, closing her eyes as the sun soaked into her pelt...

Scarletpaw padded in the sun, it was strangely warm today. She opened her mouth and scent particles drifted to the top of her mouth. She recognized the scent immediately. Oh what's the cat's name... Aurorapaw? Yeah, that's it. She thought. Of course, she wasn't one to just walk up to her and start talking without shutting up. So Scarletpaw started to track a mouse.
It scuttled on some frozen leaves and scuttled away again. Scarletpaw cursed under her breath and lept through the bushes, pouncing on the mouse.

Aurorapaw jumped her her paws, startled. Her eyes were wide with surprise, until she saw Scarletpaw, to which her ears pinned against her skull. She was VERY shy, and had no friends at all. She started to edge slowly away, hoping she could run for it before Scarletpaw saw her...

The she cat quickly burried her prey and looked left. She noticed Aurorapaw backing away like she was scared. Huh. That's new. She thought with interest. The she cat sat down and casually licked a smokey grey paw. "Don't bother running Aurorapaw. It's not like I'm gonna slash your face or anything like that" She said with a laugh.

Aurorapaw gulped. Was Scarletpaw joking? She sured hoped so. "O-Okay." She said, in a voice barely above a whisper. "W-Why're you here?"

She shrugged and moved her eyes to Aurorapaw's face. Strange name...Aurorapaw..hmm..Well I can't say my name is much different. Just hunting She answered casually. What is with her?!She thought in a frustrated tone. She seriously thinks I'm gonna hurt her...this is weird.((I don't feel the way Scarletpaw does! The name rocks! It's just the way she is!  )

She nodded and stared at Aurorapaw with her golden yellow eyes. So, uh... She cut off. Scarletpaw had never really been caught in this situation. Nice out, huh? She said with a quizical face.

(That's not dumb! ^^ It's very pretty~ Are you gonna make it that she's changed once she falls in love or something? ^^)
Aurorapaw glanced nervously about, not really seeing what lay around her. "I- I g-guess." She meowed, wondering when it was safe to bolt.
(lol! XD sorry, this is why I usually don't make shy cats, they're hard to rp, because I can't make them have a conversation well ^^ I know, maybe Scarletpaw can save her- maybe she runs away, so frightened that Scarletpaw is gonna hurt her, and falls off a cliff, but manages to grab on? )

The she cat perked her ears and stood up, facing Aurorapaw. Her yellow eyes could freak any cat out, especially this overly timid apprentice. She lashed her tail, angered by how annoyingly weak she was.

It was too much for Aurorapaw. Scarletpaw's scary, glaring amber eyes, the way her tail lashed like she was angry at her and out to get her, her 'threat'- Aurorapaw bolted, her paws swiftly carrying her across the territory. She sprinted, the trees passing by in a green blur.. Terrified, the tortoiseshell she cat looked over her shoulder, hoping against all hope that the scary she cat wasn't following her. She tripped and all of a sudden, the ground beneath her feet disappeared. Aurorapaw whimpered as she began her plummet to the ground, at least 5o ft away. Had she looked where she was going, she would have noticed she was running towards a cliff! The terrified she cat flailed, her paws reaching, grasping for a paw hold on the rocky, steep side of the cliff. Finally, she managed to hook her claws onto a lone root that stuck out from the cliff's side. Aurorapaw hung on for dear life, afraid to cry out lest Scarletpaw find her..

Scarletpaw's surprised yowl echoed through the trees. She knew that this strange cat could be hurt if she didn't know where she is giong.
As she came through the trees, Aurorapaw was dangling on for dear life. She put her paws ontop of Aurorapaw's and heived her up. panting, she looked at the other she cat. What...is..with you?! She asked between breaths.
((the one with the pretty blue eyes is going to be Scarletpaw's future daughter. and the spotted one is undecided.))

Aurorapaw was too shocked to answer. Her eyes were round with fear, and her ears flattened against her head at the sight of Scarletpaw....
(sorry for the short post... and that's awesome!! they're so cuute! have you though up a name for her?)
